AI Notes
How to Use AI Notes
- 📚 Organization Structure: AI Notes uses a 3-level hierarchy: Domains → Topics → Notes.
- 🚀 Getting Started: Tap + → choose/create domain → choose/create topic → start writing → use toolbar for formatting and AI help.
- 📝 Creating Notes: Create notes, add images/voice/AI blocks, and save to organize.
- 🔍 Navigation: Tap domains/topics to browse, tap notes to open, use search to find notes.
AI Features
- 🤖 AI Assistant: Use the AI toolbar button for summaries/explanations/content generation.
- 🎤 Voice Recording: Record voice; it’s transcribed into editable text.
- 📸 Image Support: Attach images for visual context; view full-screen in note detail.
Advanced Features
- 📊 Note Blocks: Notes are organized into blocks (text/AI/voice/image) that can be edited independently.
- 📤 Export & Share: Export notes as RTF and share via system share.
- 🔧 Formatting: Markdown support (headers/lists/tables) and LaTeX math support where applicable.
Tips
- 💡 Organization: Use consistent naming; group related notes under topics.
- ⚡ Productivity: Use voice for quick capture; use AI for drafting and refining.
- 🔍 Search: Use meaningful titles and keywords for easy discovery.
Fitness
- Key Components: Air (Breathing Control), Food (Eating habits), Water (Hydration).
- Circadian Rhythm: Gut (Digestive wellness), Sleep (Restfulness).
- Fitness Metrics: This is personalized in-app based on your selected metrics.
- Metabolic Health: Fasting, PP1, PP2, Random blood glucose tracking.
- Cardiovascular Status: BP, RHR, Weight.
